I am totally not digging the hairstyle and outfit, but I do like Beyonce.  Beyonce this weekend was a busy lady Friday night at the 2008 Los 40 Principales awards ceremony at the Palacio de los Deportes in Madrid, Spain and Saturday on the X Factor where she joined contestant Alexandra Burke in a live performance and Beyonce was amazing.
