In my opinion he is just one out of the many young people who has smoked a joint at least once in their lives, only that he's famous and most of us aren't. BUT he should've been more cautious about where and when he decides to do such thing. Good thing the Olympics only happen every 4 years, maybe everyone will forget all about it in '12.
